1, Spam:

[1.1] Chat Spamming:

Definition: Chat spam refers to a user sending 5+ consecutive messages of similar content via in-game private messages and/or public chat.

Example: (Offenses are not limited to just these examples)
User1: yo invite me to your faction
User1: yo invite me to your faction User2
User2: no...
User1: please invite me to your faction
User1: Please invite me
User1: invite me to the faction User2

[1.2] Chat Flooding:

Definition: Sending 8+ consecutive messages in rapid succession (~5 seconds or less between 1st and 8th message) via in-game private messages and/or public chat.

Example: (Offenses are not limited to just these examples)
User1: Oi
User1: Please
User1: Invite
User1: Me
User1: To
User1: Your
User1: Faction
User1: User2!
[1.3] Command Spamming:

Definition: Sending 5+ similar commands in rapid succession with the intent to spam another's chat, game, and/or the servers console.

Example: (Offenses are not limited to just these examples)
User1: /pay User2 1
User1: /pay User2 2
User1: /pay User2 3
User1: /pay User2 4
User1: /pay User2 5


Punishments:
1st offense: warning (expires after 3 days)
2nd offense: 15 minute mute
3rd offense: 30 minute mute
4th offense: 1 hour mute
5th+ offense: 1 hour ban (Note we may decide to extend your punishment after this but will be reviewed first)

Notes:
- chat spam and chat flood don't apply to factions chats, these chats can be accessed via /f c a, /f c t, /f c f
- Chat activity and the context of the messages will be taken into consideration before punishing.


2, Cyber Offenses:

[2.1] DDoSing, DoSing, DoS Threats, and DDoS Threats:

Definitions:
- DoS: A Denial of Service attack is when one attempts to reduce and often stop the usage of an individuals internet through the usage of IP and other networking methods.
- DDoS: A Distributed Denial of Service attack is similar to a DoS attack only it is usually intended to entirely stop the usage of the users home internet.

Examples: (Obvious Note: we cannot provide you a visual and/or written example of a DDoS) (Offenses are not limited to just these examples)
- User1: Yo User2, I am gonna hit you offline
- User1: Yo User2, Don't make me DDoS you

[2.2] Doxing, and Dox Threats:

Definition: Publicly and/or privately releasing/distributing users personal info and/or details about their identity without said users consent.
(This does also count revealing ones identity without consent)

Examples: (Offenses are not limited to just these examples)
Threats:
- User1: Nice IP there would be a shame if it was leaked
- User1: Don't make me Dox you!
Dox:
- User1: 127.0.0.1, Sound familiar User2? (Note this IP wont count as a dox as its legit localhost)
- User1: Oi User2's IP is 123.45.678.90
- User1: User2's IRL name is Selena!

[2.3] Swatting, and Swat Threats:

Definition: Swatting is the act of calling the legal authorities to a users house, often with the usage of fraudulent evidence.

Example: (Obvious Note: we cannot provide you a visual and/or written example of the Swatting procedure) (Offenses are not limited to just these examples)
User1: I'm gonna swat you if you raid my base again

[2.4] Any other form of Cyber crimes

Punishments:
1st offense: 30 day ban (Mute if its just a threat)
2nd offense: 60 day ban (Mute if its just a threat)
3rd offense: Permanent ban
4th offense: Permanent blacklist (This will mean you are unable to buy an unban)

Notes:
- Threat punishments may vary from the actual offense
- Jokes will be punished the same as the actual offense



3, Other:

[3.1] Discrimination/Bigotry and Hate Speech:

Definition: The act of using ones differences/disabilities as focus points for personally attacking said individual/group.
(This includes the usage of homophobic, racial, and other discriminatory slurs)

Examples: (Offenses are not limited to just these examples)
User1: User2 you [N-WORD]
User1: User2 is a mentally ill trans person
User1: User2 you are queer

Punishments:
1st Offense: 12 hour mute
2nd Offense: 1 day mute
3rd Offense: 3 day mute
4th Offense: 1 week mute
5th+ Offense: Permanent mute + 6 hour ban

[3.2] Death Threats/Encouragement:

Definition: Threating/Encouraging to end another persons life (IRL not in-game).
(This includes threats/Encouragement of IRL violence)


Example:
User1: Don't make me come to your house and beat you

Punishments:
1st Offense: 6 hour mute
2nd Offense: 12 hour mute
3rd Offense: 1 day mute
4th Offense: 2 day mute
5th+ Offense: 1 day ban + 2 day mute

[3.3] Advertising:

Definition: Sending links through the server by any means.

Example:
User1: Yo everyone should join my server server.com

Punishments:
1st Offense: 12 hour mute
2nd Offense: 1 day mute
3rd Offense: 3 day mute
4th Offense: 7 day mute
5th Offense: Permanent mute + 1 hour ban

Notes:
- Faction discord invites in your faction description are allowed
- Stream links are allowed so long as the content of the stream is related to the server


[3.4] Chat Filter Bypass:

Definition: Separating letters, replacing letters with symbols, and/or removing letters in attempt to bypass the chats filtering.

Examples: (not all these words are blacklisted they are just example words)
- User1: Fck you
- User1: Bl@ckli5s3d w0rd3

Punishments:
(Punishments will be different depending on the words bypassed)
1st Offense: warning
2nd Offense: 30 minute mute
3rd - 4th Offense: 1 hour mute
5th+ Offense: 6 hour mute
